New Integration and Re-balancing Capital Funding (IRCF) Guidance from Welsh Government / Cronfa Gyfalaf integreiddio ac ailgydbwyso Newydd (IRCF)
This capital funding stream can be used to develop under 3 priority areas / Gellir defnyddio’r llif arian cyfalaf hwn i ddatblygu 3 blaenoriaeth;
Priorities
- support a coherent approach to planning the co-location and integration of health and social care services within the community across Wales (Hub development).
- support the rebalancing of adult residential care provision by increasing delivery from within the not-for-profit sector.
- support the elimination of profit from the provision of children’s residential car.
Blaenoriaethau
- hybu dull cydlynol o gynllunio’r gwaith o gyd-leoli ac integreiddio gwasanaethau iechyd a gofal cymdeithasol o fewn y gymuned ledled Cymru.
- cefnogi’r gwaith o ailgydbwyso darpariaeth gofal preswyl i oedolion drwy gynyddu darpariaeth o’r tu mewn i’r sector nid-er-elw.
- Cefnogi dileu elw o ddarparu gofal preswyl i blant.
