We are very excited to share with you the Campaign Toolkit for ERYICA’s 40th anniversary!

This anniversary is a special milestone for all of us, and this toolkit is designed to support you in bringing the celebration to life across our network. Inside, you will find a full overview of the campaign, including both online and offline actions, as well as the vision behind it.

To help you along the way, we have also created a brandbook and a range of visual materials, including the anniversary logo, icons, merchandising concepts, and ready-to-use templates for use throughout the year. We hope these resources will inspire you and make it easy to take part. If you have any questions, the Secretariat will be happy to support you.

Regarding European Youth Information Day (17 April), as outlined in the concept note shared in December, we warmly encourage all members to organise local activities under the umbrella of a “European Youth Information Open Day”. Our ambition is to create a shared celebration across countries, multiplied through activities at local, regional, and national levels.

Anniversary actions will run from April to December, kick-starting with a launch event on 10 April. The timeline included in the toolkit reflects ERYICA’s planning and is intended as guidance rather than a fixed schedule. We kindly ask that materials are shared after ERYICA’s official publication.

All materials will be released progressively, as indicated in the timeline. They will be available in ERYICA’s Canva space (for translation and adaptation) and in English in this Drive folder alongside all other campaign assets.
