The EWC are looking for experienced and enthusiastic individuals to train as Youth Work Quality Mark Assessors – and will soon be launching their next round of training.

What does a Quality Mark Assessor do?

As a Quality Mark assessor, you’ll be part of a team that externally verifies the quality of youth work practice.

Acting as a mentor, you’ll support others as they work towards achieving the Quality Mark. You’ll also play a key part in identifying, promoting and celebrating good practice.

What are they looking for?

You’ll be outgoing, friendly and have:

  1. at least five years’ experience working with young people
  2. excellent observational and analytical skills
  3. a supportive and collaborative nature
