Talking Hands is a youth club for Deaf young people, and hearing children of Deaf parents aged 10 – 17 years, we meet regularly on Friday nights 6:30pm to 9:00pm. We run ‘normal’ youth club activities like arts and crafts, games, wii games, snooker and we gym equipment.

We also run a senior group for 18+ and support Deffo the Welsh youth forum
We offer, support for families school panel reviews, advocate for young people, work alongside other service providers that work with children and young people.
We run trips visits and residentials for young people to have fun, make friends, training and workshops.

We have now expanded to provide a family support group (toddlers) for parents of Deaf children 0-6 years, and hearing children of Deaf parents. The group meet regularly on Saturday mornings 12pm-3pm. They provide opportunity for parents to share experience, have information and guest speakers, and give the children the opportunity to play and make friends.
