Trustees on Board
CWVYS’s Offer to its Membership in 2026;
CWVYS will be recruiting, training and vetting volunteers from businesses throughout Wales; offering your organisation the chance of a unique collaboration. We will help you access these volunteers to help with the work you do.
How does it work?
- For any CWVYS member wishing to participate, we will carry out a skills analysis of your board.
- From there, Eifion from our ‘Trustees on Board Programme’, will work with you secure an additional board member, bringing with them additional skills to help sustain and grow
- We will work with you throughout the process so that the skills offered are appropriate and desired.
- We will provide ongoing support, after the placement, for the duration of the 18 month programme
