Our mission is to provide opportunities, resources, and support that enable young people to belong, contribute, and thrive. We work to tackle poverty, improve health and wellbeing, promote equality and diversity, and enhance the quality of life for children, young people, and communities across Swansea. Today, our high quality, targeted Youth Work focuses on three key areas: our open access Y-HUB youth provision, dedicated support for Young Carers, and our specialist LGBTQ+ service, each delivering lifechanging impact for those who need it the most.
