Anti-social Behaviour Solutions: Law and Practice
Anti-social behaviour can have a significant impact on people and communities. A sound understanding of available tools and interventions to deal with ASB can prevent homelessness in many cases where eviction can be avoided.
This course considers anti-social behaviour in a housing law context. Delegates will gain an understanding of what anti-social behaviour is, what legal remedies are available to social and private landlords to address anti-social behaviour and discussions of alternative routes to tackle anti-social behaviour in Wales.
