Rhaglen Cymorth Cyflogadwyedd: Tendro Bellach yn Fyw

Annwyl gydweithiwr,

Diolch am eich ymgysylltiad parhaus wrth lunio Rhaglen Cymorth Cyflogadwyedd newydd Llywodraeth Cymru. Mae’n bleser gennym rannu carreg filltir bwysig yn y gwaith hwn: mae’r hysbysiad tendro ar gyfer y rhaglen bellach wedi’i gyhoeddi ar Sell2Wales.

Mae hyn yn dilyn y Datganiad Ysgrifenedig gan y Gweinidog Diwylliant, Sgiliau a Phartneriaeth Gymdeithasol, ar 11 Mawrth 2026.

Beth mae’r tendro yn ei gynnwys?

Mae Llywodraeth Cymru yn caffael menter sydd wedi’i chynllunio i gefnogi pobl yng Nghymru i symud yn agosach at gyflogaeth ac i waith cynaliadwy. Bydd y Rhaglen yn darparu cymorth cyflogadwyedd wedi’i dargedu sy’n uchel ei effaith ac yn canolbwyntio ar yr unigolyn. Bydd hyn yn sicrhau y gall pobl ffynnu yn economi ddeinamig a datblygol Cymru ni waeth beth fo’u cefndir. 

Bydd y gwaith o gyflawni’r Rhaglen wedi’i strwythuro ar draws pedair lot ranbarthol:

  • Lot 1: Gogledd Cymru – Conwy, Sir Ddinbych, Sir y Fflint, Gwynedd, Ynys Môn, Wrecsam
  • Lot 2: Canolbarth a De-orllewin Cymru – Sir Gaerfyrddin, Ceredigion, Castell-nedd Port Talbot, Sir Benfro, Powys, Abertawe
  • Lot 3: De-ddwyrain Cymru – Blaenau Gwent, Caerffili, Sir Fynwy, Casnewydd, Torfaen
  • Lot 4: Canol De Cymru – Pen-y-bont ar Ogwr, Caerdydd, Merthyr Tudful, Rhondda Cynon Taf, Bro Morgannwg

Pwy sy’n cael gwneud cais?

Rydym yn croesawu ceisiadau gan sefydliadau o bob maint, gan gynnwys mentrau bach a chanolig a sefydliadau gwirfoddol, cymunedol a mentrau cymdeithasol. Caiff trefniadau consortia ac is-gontractio eu hannog.

Fe welwch gyfeiriadur o sefydliadau sydd â diddordeb mewn cydweithio ar wefan Llywodraeth Cymru.

Employability Support Programme: Tender Now Live

Dear colleague,

Thank you for your continued engagement in shaping the Welsh Government’s new Employability Support Programme. We are pleased to share an important milestone in this work: the tender notice for the programme has now been published on Sell2Wales.

This follows the Written Statement from the Minister for Culture, Skills and Social Partnership, on 11 March 2026.

What the tender covers

The Welsh Government is procuring an initiative designed to support people in Wales to move closer to employment and into sustainable work. The Programme will deliver targeted, high-impact, person-centred employability support, ensuring that people regardless of their background can thrive in Wales’s evolving dynamic economy. 

Delivery will be structured across four regional lots:

  • Lot 1: North Wales – Conwy, Denbighshire, Flintshire, Gwynedd, Isle of Anglesey, Wrexham
  • Lot 2: Mid Wales and South-West Wales – Carmarthenshire, Ceredigion, Neath Port Talbot, Pembrokeshire, Powys, Swansea
  • Lot 3: South-East Wales – Blaenau Gwent, Caerphilly, Monmouthshire, Newport, Torfaen
  • Lot 4: South-Central Wales – Bridgend, Cardiff, Merthyr Tydfil, Rhondda Cynon Taf, Vale of Glamorgan

Who can apply

We welcome bids from organisations of all sizes, including small and medium-sized enterprises and voluntary, community and social enterprise organisations. Consortia and subcontracting arrangements are actively encouraged.

Key procurement dates

  • Tender published: 16 March 2026
  • Enquiry deadline: 8 April 2026
  • Tender submission deadline: 20 April 2026
  • Estimated award decision:  July/August 2026
  • Estimated contract start: 1 March 2027

Please note that funding decisions are subject to approval by incoming Ministers following the May 2026 Senedd election.
