The CAE in collaboration with South Wales Police Swansea are bringing you “Police Careers Workshop”. This is an amazing opportunity for BAME individuals to get insight into the opportunities available within the Police Force. The workshop will focus on the day-to-day aspects of various roles in the workforce, and eliminating any stereotypes.
The Police have a strong commitment to equality and diversity both within the organisation and in the service provided. In order to provide a high level of service, applications are encouraged from under-represented groups.
Individuals could already be on their way of an immediate start with the Police if they hold either of the following – 5 year residency in the U.K or U.K Valid passport, and Good standard of English – written and verbal.
However, those without the above are still welcome to join us and receive an in depth experience into a potential future career with the Police.
Let’s debunk stereotypes together and work to gain representation in the Police Force.
