The government is taking action at all levels to prevent crime and make our streets safer, but we know there is more to do to protect the public and end serious violence.
There is an opportunity to comment on upcoming knife legislation changes that are being proposed. You can find the proposals in the attached document, which can also be found here.
Responses can be submitted online or can be sent by email to machetes-knives-consultation@homeoffice.gov.uk by 6th June 2023.
