Fio is a Black and Ethnically diverse led theater company based in Splott, Cardiff.
Our primary focus is to represent the under-, mis- or non-represented to tell their stories which would otherwise be left untold. We operate across 3 different strands: People, Productions and Projects. Whether it’s for theater or another medium.
Currently, we have our #FioPen2PaperChallenge open, inviting everyone to write in us, bringing back the cathartic art of letter writing into play again in order to promote positive mindfulness.
We hope to use the letters as a stimulus for a future performance that will tell fantastic, moving stories.
