Four things to include

The situation or challenge. The support provided. What changed or improved. Why it mattered. Keep it short, clear, and accessible. Always confirm consent before sharing a personal story.

Use easy-to-read language, free of jargon
Include alt text on images where possible
Check image contrast before posting
Share content bilingually where appropriate
Confirm consent for any images featuring young people

Use these as a starting point. Adapt them to reflect your own organisation's voice, story, or setting. Posts can be in English, Welsh, or bilingual. All are welcome.

Mae Wythnos Gwaith Ieuenctid yn gyfle cenedlaethol i ddathlu a chryfhau amlygrwydd gwaith ieuenctid ledled Cymru. Mae'r pecyn cymorth hwn yn darparu popeth sydd ei angen arnoch i gymryd rhan.

Mae gwaith ieuenctid yn edrych yn wahanol ym mhob lleoliad. Eich thema chi yw hon i'w dehongli. Dywedwch wrthym beth sy'n gweithio yn eich cymuned, eich sefydliad, eich lleoliad. Gyda'n gilydd, mae ein straeon yn dangos pam mae gwaith ieuenctid yn gweithio ledled Cymru.

Mae gwaith ieuenctid yn digwydd ar draws llawer o wahanol leoliadau a chymunedau ledled Cymru.

Mae gwaith ieuenctid yn cryfhau cymunedau a'r systemau cymorth ehangach o amgylch pobl ifanc.

Mae gwaith ieuenctid yn darparu cymorth cynnar ac atal, yn aml cyn i broblemau waethygu.

Mae gwaith ieuenctid yn creu lleoedd lle mae pobl ifanc yn teimlo eu bod yn cael eu clywed, eu gwerthfawrogi a'u cefnogi.

Mae pob stori a rannwch, beth bynnag yw eich lleoliad, yn cyfrannu at ddarlun mwy. Gyda'n gilydd, rydym yn dangos i Gymru pam mae gwaith ieuenctid yn gweithio.
