SUMMARY:Preventing Youth Homelessness 2020
DESCRIPTION:End Youth Homelessness Cymru and the Wales Centre for Public Policy are jointly holding an event in Cardiff City Hall on 09/03/20.  \n\n\nWe will be joined by some very special guest speakers\, including Stephen Gaetz (Professor and President of the Canadian Observatory on Homelessness)\, Melanie Redman (President & CEO – A Way Home Canada) and David French (Director of Policy and Planning – A Way Home Canada).   \n\n\nThe event will include updates on the development of Housing First for Youth and Upstream in both Canada and Wales\, as well as the Canadian YAP tool.  \n\n\nThe event is split into two sessions. The first session will reflect on the impact of the WCPP’s Preventing Youth Homelessness report 2 years on and considering how well Wales is making the shift to Youth Homelessness prevention.
