At Bridgend Carers Centre we offer information, support and short break opportunities to carers of all ages throughout Bridgend County Borough Council.
In addition, we run a young carers education project where we support young carers aged 5 – 25 to manage their caring role alongside their education or employment through one to one or group work. We also run a Young Adult Carers Project for those aged 16 – 25 to give them a break from their caring role.
