KPC Youth aims to work with young people aged 8 -25 years, offering diversionary activities and enabling them to access the information, training and advice they want to address their needs. Regular advice courses are run within the centre to address the needs of young people. KPC works in partnership with the pupil referral unit, supporting and maintaining the complementary KS4 Curriculum. In addition KPC offers accredited qualifications in a range of OCN subjects.
KPC also works with the post 16 young unemployed during the day, offering help with compiling CV’s, job applications and job searches as well as developing motivational skills and relevant training opportunities. At KPC, young people get the chance to meet friends, play pool and table tennis, use computers, take part in art and craft activities as well as a range of other activities.
KPC also has a fantastic outdoor area with an adventure play park for younger members, a multi-games pitch and a skate park
