Fearless is the youth brand for Crimestoppers Trust, the national crime reduction charity. Their work is focused on helping young people make informed decisions about reporting crime. They have a really important message; they don’t want any young person to live with, or in fear of, crime so they provide awareness workshops and the ability to report crime anonymously, without having to go to the police.

Fearless is recruiting four youth outreach workers, experienced in youth work, education or criminal justice, to deliver this message to young people across Wales.

You work with young people in a variety of settings, including schools and youth groups, delivering age-appropriate workshops. You’ll be comfortable talking about tricky issues – such as how serious violence and serious organised crime affects young people – and you’ll have a sound understanding of safeguarding.
